The Camillus FK-7 features a Carbonitride Titanium bonded AUS-8 steel blade that resists wear, rust, and corrosion so it can stay sharper for much longer than untreated stainless steel blades. The FK-7's ergonomic handle is a combination glass filled nylon and thermoplastic rubber which provides enhanced comfort and rugged durability to compliment its robust blade. The FK-7 also employs a quick launch ball bearing system that easily deploys the blade with a flick of your finger. An oversized tab on the liner lock also makes releasing the blade's lock much easier and can even be performed with gloves on. There is a lanyard hole designed into the handle as well, plus a reversible pocket/belt clip for ambidextrous use.
