Additionally, The steel is bonded with Carbonitride Titanium that resists rust, corrosion, and is up to 10x harder than untreated steel so the blade retains its edge across countless cuts. The handle is made of Glass Filled Nylon, a versatile and enduring material that is used in many of our knives. We add glass-filled materials to polypropylene, ABS and other substrates to make our Glass Filled Nylon handles, which in turn provides one of the strongest, most rigid handles on the market.
